Panch Kedar Closing Date 2025 Announced – Check Temple Details

This blog gives clear details about the closing schedule of the holy Panch Kedar temples in 2025. If you are planning a spiritual journey, this guide will help you visit before the sacred doors close. Do not let snow or harsh weather stop your plans. The Panch Kedar Closing Date 2025 is now officially announced, making it the right time to note these important dates and plan your visit.

What is Panch Kedar

Panch Kedar refers to five holy Shiva shrines set deep in the Garhwal Himalayas: Kedarnath, Tungnath, Madhyamaheshwar, Rudranath, Kalpeshwar. These sacred places open to devotees typically during warmer months and close when winter arrives. Over winter months heavy snow, ice, landslides make access impossible.

Four of these temples close for half the year. Only one—Kalpeshwar—remains open all months, being accessible even in colder times.

Knowing the exact closing dates means you can time your visit, avoid last-moment rush, plan backup routes, and maximize darshan before the gates get locked.
